Description

Tokka & Rahzar, Unsupervised (TMC-28) is a legendary creature card from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Eternal expansion. It has first strike and an ability that when another nontoken creature you control leaves the battlefield, you put a +1/+1 counter on it and create a Treasure token, but that ability can only trigger once each turn. As a three-mana 3/3 red legendary, it functions as an aggressive creature that grows and provides ramp/value when your creatures die or are sacrificed.
