Description

Splinter, the Mentor (TMC-3) is a legendary creature with Menace from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Eternal expansion. Whenever Splinter or another nontoken creature you control leaves the battlefield, you create a Mutagen token, providing recurring resources from creature departures. It also has Partner—Character select, allowing it to be used as one of two commanders in Commander formats and enabling flexible deck construction.
