Casey Jones, Back Alley Brute (TMC-22 foil) is a legendary red creature with Menace from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Eternal expansion. He grants a +1/+1 counter to a chosen attacking creature whenever he attacks. Whenever any +1/+1 counters are placed on a creature you control, Casey deals that many points of damage to a target opponent, creating a counter-synergy between aggression and direct damage.
