April O'Neil, Live on the Scene (TMC-9) is a Legendary Creature — Human Detective from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Eternal set. Whenever a Mutant, Ninja, or Turtle you control enters the battlefield, you investigate, creating a Clue artifact token that can be sacrificed for card draw. She also has Partner—Character select, allowing her to pair with another partner-designated card for deck-building synergy.
