If you chose Mardu, triggered abilities on your permanents caused by attacking creatures trigger an additional time; if you chose Jeskai, you create a 1/1 red Goblin token at the beginning of your upkeep that gains lifelink and haste until end of turn. The card supports both token and triggered-ability focused decks by either amplifying attack-trigger effects or providing recurring aggressive lifelink creatures.
