It returns a target creature to its owner's hand and has Harmonize {5}{U}, letting you cast it from your graveyard for that alternate cost and then exile it. The Harmonize ability can be reduced by tapping a creature to decrease the alternate cost by an amount equal to that creature's power, enabling potential recursion in tempo or control decks.
