Unending Whisper (TDM-62) is a blue sorcery from Tarkir: Dragonstorm that draws a card when cast. It has Harmonize {5}{U}, allowing you to cast it from your graveyard by paying the harmonize cost and optionally tapping a creature to reduce the generic portion of that cost, after which it is exiled. The card supports graveyard recursion strategies and can be cast only at sorcery timing even when using Harmonize.
