Ugin, Eye of the Storms (TDM-1—Normal) is a legendary Planeswalker. When you cast it you may exile up to one colored permanent and it also exiles a colored permanent whenever you cast colorless spells, while its +2 gains 3 life and draws a card, 0 adds three colorless mana, and −11 tutors for and lets you cast colorless nonland cards from your library without paying their costs until end of turn. It is built to support colorless ramp or toolbox strategies that want repeated exile effects and a late-game sequence of large colorless plays.
