Description

Shiko, Paragon of the Way is a legendary Spirit Dragon creature from the Tarkir: Dragonstorm expansion. It has flying and vigilance and its enter-the-battlefield ability exiles a nonland card with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard, copies it, and lets you cast that copy without paying its mana cost. This effect resolves immediately while Shiko’s ability is on the stack, creating token copies of permanent spells and requiring any mandatory additional costs be paid if applicable.
