Runescale Stormbrood // Chilling Screech (TDM-316) is a modal double-faced card from Tarkir: Dragonstorm with a red Dragon creature front and a blue instant Omen back. The front grants flying and gets a temporary +2/+0 boost whenever you cast a noncreature spell or a Dragon spell, while the back counters a spell with mana value 2 or less and is cast as an Omen that is shuffled into its owner’s library as it resolves. This card supports both aggressive creature lines and tempo disruption by choosing which face to cast depending on the game state.
