Runescale Stormbrood // Chilling Screech is a double-faced omen card from Tarkir: Dragonstorm that is a red Dragon creature on its front face and a blue instant Omen on its back face. The creature side has flying and gains +2/+0 until end of turn whenever you cast a noncreature spell or a Dragon spell. The instant side can counter a spell with mana value 2 or less and, when cast as an Omen, is shuffled into its owner’s library as it resolves.
