Runescale Stormbrood // Chilling Screech (TDM-221) is a double-faced uncommon from Tarkir: Dragonstorm that is a red Dragon creature on its front face and a blue Omen instant on its back face. The creature has flying and gains +2/+0 until end of turn whenever you cast a noncreature spell or a Dragon spell, enabling aggressive turns when you cast spells. The Omen back face can be cast as an instant to counter a spell with mana value 2 or less and is shuffled into its owner’s library when cast as an Omen.
