Riverwheel Sweep (TDM-219, Uncommon) is a sorcery from Tarkir: Dragonstorm that targets a creature and places three stun counters on it. The spell also exiles the top two cards of your library, lets you choose one, and allows you to play that chosen card until the end of your next turn. It functions as both a tempo piece by immobilizing a blocker or attacker and as card advantage/selection by granting a delayed window to play an exiled card (subject to normal timing and cost rules).
