Marang River Regent // Coil and Catch (TDM-378) is a dual-faced Magic card from Tarkir: Dragonstorm that has a blue Dragon creature face and an Omen instant face. The creature face is a flying Dragon that returns up to two other target nonland permanents to their owners' hands when it enters the battlefield, while the Omen face is a flying instant with the same enter-the-battlefield style return effect when cast as an Omen. Players may cast the card normally as the creature or cast it as the Omen, with the Omen rules replacing the card’s normal characteristics and shuffling it into its owner’s library as it resolves in most cases.
