The Temur mode mills four cards from a target player whenever you cast an instant or sorcery, while the Sultai mode lets you play lands from your graveyard under normal timing and land-play limits. The card is a foil variant and carries rulings clarifying that the Sultai mode doesn’t permit activating land abilities from the graveyard and that if no choice was made it has neither ability.
