Constrictor Sage (TDM-39) is an uncommon blue Creature — Snake Wizard from the Tarkir: Dragonstorm expansion. When it enters the battlefield it taps an opponent's creature and places a stun counter on it, and it has a Renew ability allowing you to exile it from your graveyard for {2}{U} to repeat that effect as a sorcery. Its 4/4 body and repeatable tap effect make it a tempo piece that can both disrupt attackers and be reused later in the game.
