Breaching Dragonstorm (TDM-101, Uncommon) is a red enchantment from Tarkir: Dragonstorm that exiles cards from the top of your library when it enters the battlefield. Its enter-the-battlefield effect lets you cast the first nonland exiled card without paying its mana cost if its mana value is 8 or less, otherwise you put that card into your hand. A separate triggered ability returns the enchantment to its owner’s hand whenever a Dragon you control enters the battlefield, enabling repeated use with Dragon synergies.
