Breaching Dragonstorm (TDM 101) is a red enchantment from the Tarkir: Dragonstorm expansion. When it enters the battlefield you exile cards until you exile a nonland card and may cast that card without paying its mana cost if its mana value is 8 or less, otherwise you may put it into your hand. Whenever a Dragon you control enters the battlefield, return this enchantment to its owner's hand, enabling repeatable use with creature-based Dragon synergies.
