Description

Ugin, Eye of the Storms (PTDM-1) is a legendary Planeswalker promo from the Tarkir: Dragonstorm Promos set. Its static and triggered abilities exile colored permanents when you cast the spell and whenever you cast colorless spells, and it can generate colorless mana, gain life and draw, and ultimately let you cast exiled colorless nonland cards for free. The ultimate is a large library-search and free-cast engine for colorless cards, enabling combo or big-turn finish strategies.
