Ugin, Eye of the Storms (PTDM-1) is a legendary Planeswalker card from the Tarkir: Dragonstorm Promos set. It exiles colored permanents when cast and whenever you cast colorless spells, and it has loyalty abilities to gain life and draw, produce {C}{C}{C}, or exile and let you cast colorless nonland cards without paying their costs. The −11 ultimate lets you cheat multiple colorless nonland cards from your library for a turn, enabling powerful late-game combos and finishes.
