Ugin, Eye of the Storms (PTDM-1p foil) is a legendary planeswalker card printed in the Tarkir: Dragonstorm Promos set. It exiles colored permanents when cast or whenever you cast colorless spells and provides loyalty abilities that gain life and draw, produce three colorless mana, and allow a large emblem-like final ability to exile and cast colorless nonland cards from your library. The card’s high mana cost and colorless focus make it a late-game engine for ramping into massive, cost-free plays and locking down opponent colors.
