Description

Tersa Lightshatter (PTDM-127p foil) is a legendary Orc Wizard creature from the Tarkir: Dragonstorm Promos set. It has haste and an enters-the-battlefield effect that lets you discard up to two cards and then draw that many cards. When it attacks and you have seven or more cards in your graveyard, it exiles a random card from your graveyard that you may play that turn, enabling graveyard-based recursion or flashback-style plays.
