Shiko, Paragon of the Way (PTDM 223 prerelease stamp) is a legendary Creature — Spirit Dragon from the Tarkir: Dragonstorm Promos set. It has flying and vigilance, and when it enters the battlefield you exile a nonland card with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard, copy it, and may cast the copy without paying its mana cost. The ability can create a copy of a permanent spell as a token and must be cast immediately while the ability resolves, with X values chosen as zero and mandatory additional costs paid if applicable.
