Shiko, Paragon of the Way (PTDM-223p) is a legendary Creature — Spirit Dragon from the Tarkir: Dragonstorm Promos set. It has flying and vigilance and its enter-the-battlefield ability exiles a nonland card with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard, copies it, and lets you cast that copy without paying its mana cost. The copied spell must be cast immediately while Shiko’s ability is resolving and any X in that spell’s cost is treated as zero.
