It has deathtouch and an enters-the-battlefield exile effect that lets you exile a nonland card from an opponent's revealed hand, and when it leaves the battlefield the owner of the exiled card creates a token based on that card's mana value. The card functions as removal-plus-value by both denying an opponent's card and potentially generating a white Spirit token tied to the exiled card's mana value when the Priest leaves play.
