Scavenger Regent // Exude Toxin (PTDM-90p) is a Rare double-faced Omen card from Tarkir: Dragonstorm Promos that presents a Dragon creature on its front face and a sorcery Omen on its back. The front is a 4/4 Dragon with Flying and Ward—Discard a card, and the back is an {X}{B}{B} Omen sorcery that gives each non-Dragon creature -X/-X until end of turn and is shuffled into its owner's library when cast as an Omen. Players can cast it as the creature for board presence or cast the Omen face to serve as flexible mass removal.
