It can enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature and has a Renew ability that exiles it from your graveyard to put a +1/+1 counter on a nonlegendary creature while making each other creature you control become a copy of that creature until end of turn. Its toolkit supports both copy-based interactions on entry and a graveyard-driven engine for copying or boosting a chosen creature across the board.
