Description

Kotis, the Fangkeeper is a legendary creature card from the Tarkir: Dragonstorm Promos expansion and appears as a foil promotion. It has indestructible and a triggered ability that exiles the top X cards of a damaged player's library and lets you cast any number of spells with mana value X or less from among them without paying their costs. Its ability resolves immediately while on the stack and ignores timing restrictions, allowing surprise casting during the trigger resolution.
