Kotis, the Fangkeeper (PTDM-202p) is a Legendary Creature — Zombie Warrior from the Tarkir: Dragonstorm Promos set. It is indestructible and when it deals combat damage to a player you exile the top X cards of their library and may cast any number of spells among them with mana value X or less without paying their mana costs. Those spells must be cast immediately while the ability resolves (ignoring timing restrictions), and special rules govern X in mana costs and mandatory additional costs as noted in the card's rulings.
