Will of the Mardu (TDC-57) is a white instant from a Commander-focused Tarkir product that offers modal effects. It lets you either create 1/1 red Warrior tokens equal to a target player's creatures or deal damage to a target creature equal to the number of creatures you control, and if you control a commander as you cast it you may choose both modes. Its flexibility supports both token strategies and removal or finisher roles in multiplayer Commander decks.
