Tip the Scales (TDC-69) is a black sorcery from the Tarkir: Dragonstorm Commander set. When it resolves you sacrifice a creature and then all creatures get -X/-X until end of turn, where X equals the sacrificed creature’s toughness as it last existed on the battlefield. The card creates a reflexive triggered effect based on the sacrificed creature’s toughness, allowing players to respond after X is known.
