Thalisse, Reverent Medium (TDC-306) is a legendary creature — Human Cleric from the Tarkir: Dragonstorm Commander set. At the beginning of each end step, you create X 1/1 white Spirit creature tokens with flying, where X equals the number of tokens you created that turn. The ability tracks all tokens you created earlier in the turn (including noncreature tokens) but not tokens that were merely copied rather than created.
