Description

Shiko and Narset, Unified (TDC-7 foil) is a legendary Human Spirit Dragon creature from the Tarkir: Dragonstorm Commander set. It has flying and vigilance and a Flurry ability that, when you cast your second spell each turn, copies that spell if it targets a permanent or player and lets you choose new targets, otherwise letting you draw a card. Its effect creates copies on the stack (not casts), enabling repeated value with targeting spells while interacting predictably with X values, modal choices, and additional-cost-based effects per the official rulings.
