Description

Shiko and Narset, Unified (TDC-7) is a legendary Human Spirit Dragon creature from the Tarkir: Dragonstorm Commander set and is multicolored (blue-red-white). It has flying and vigilance and a Flurry ability that copies the second spell you cast each turn if it targets a permanent or player, or draws you a card if no copy occurs. The copy is created on the stack with the same parameters as the original (including X and modes) and can have new legal targets while resolving before the original spell.
