Adaptive Training Post (TDC-18) is a Rare artifact from Tarkir: Dragonstorm Commander. It gains up to three charge counters when you cast instants or sorceries and you can remove three to copy the next instant or sorcery you cast that turn, allowing you to choose new targets. Its copy triggers resolve before the original spell and is created on the stack without being cast, so it won’t trigger cast-related abilities but will replicate paid additional costs and X values as the original did.
