Description

Witch-king, Sky Scourge (LTC-511 foil) is a legendary creature — Wraith Noble from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander set. It has flying and an attack-triggered ability that exiles the top X cards of your library based on the total power of attacking Wraiths, letting you play those cards that turn. It also has Undying, which returns it with a +1/+1 counter if it dies without one, supporting recursion and longer-term board presence.
