Witch-king, Sky Scourge (LTC-511) is a legendary creature — Wraith Noble from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander expansion. It has a triggered attack ability that exiles the top X cards of your library, where X equals the total power of Wraiths you attacked with, and lets you play those cards that turn. It also has Flying and Undying, providing evasion and a recurring threat when it dies.
