It amasses Orcs equal to X and mills X cards, letting you cast an instant or sorcery with mana value X or less from among the milled cards without paying its mana cost as part of the resolution; it also has Flashback for {3}{U}{R} by exiling X cards from your graveyard. The card supports Army + spell-snapshot synergies by both growing an Army creature and potentially generating a free spell that can be cast immediately.
