Summons of Saruman (LTC-480 foil) is a sorcery from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander set that combines milling with the Amass Orcs mechanic. Its primary effect mills X cards, amasses Orcs X (creating or putting +1/+1 counters on an Army), and lets you immediately cast an instant or sorcery with mana value X or less from among the milled cards without paying its mana cost. It also has a flashback cost that exiles X cards from your graveyard to cast it again, providing a recurring late-game option.
