Summons of Saruman (LTC-150) is a rare sorcery from Tales of Middle-earth Commander that combines milling and amass effects with a blue-red identity. On resolution you mill X cards, amass Orcs X (creating or putting +1/+1 counters on an Army), and may cast an instant or sorcery with mana value X or less from among the milled cards without paying its mana cost. It also has a flashback cost that exiles X cards from your graveyard to cast it again, enabling recursion and fuel for further amass or casting.
