Subjugate the Hobbits (LTC-107) is a rare blue sorcery from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander set. It gains control of each noncommander creature with mana value 3 or less when it resolves. In multiplayer Commander games this can swing boards by stealing small creatures from multiple opponents and it has a high mana value that affects when it can be cast and deckbuilding considerations.
