It has vigilance and a {1}{W}, {T} ability that searches your library for an Equipment, puts it onto the battlefield, and attaches it to a creature you control. The ability doesn't target, so it can attach to creatures with shroud but will fail to attach if the Equipment can't legally equip the chosen creature.
