It has Delve and mills a target opponent for nine cards, then lets you cast an instant or sorcery from that player's graveyard without paying its mana cost, exiling it if it would go to a graveyard. The card enables graveyard interaction and powerful single-turn card advantage by reusing an opponent's spell immediately during the resolution.
