Saruman, the White Hand (LTC-91) is a legendary Avatar Wizard from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander set and is colored UBR. Whenever you cast a noncreature spell you amass Orcs equal to that spell’s mana value, creating or adding +1/+1 counters to an Orc Army token, and Goblins and Orcs you control gain ward {2}. As a commander or main-deck threat he supports token-focused builds and protects tribal creatures while snowballing Army tokens from noncreature spells.
