Saruman, the White Hand (LTC-8) is a Legendary Creature — Avatar Wizard from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander set. Whenever you cast a noncreature spell you amass Orcs equal to that spell’s mana value, creating or adding +1/+1 counters to an Army; additionally, Goblins and Orcs you control gain ward {2}. This card supports token- and counter-based Orc/Goblin strategies and can function as a Commander due to its color identity and legendary status.
