Raise the Palisade (LTC 425) is a blue sorcery from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander set. When you cast it, you choose a creature type and return all creatures that don't have that type to their owners' hands. This effect can massively reshape the board by preserving one tribe while bouncing every other creature, enabling tribal synergies or mass tempo swings.
