Plea for Power (LTC-195) is a blue sorcery from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander expansion that uses the Will of the Council mechanic. When it resolves each player votes for time or knowledge; a majority for time gives an extra turn, while a majority for knowledge or a tie lets you draw three cards. The vote is conducted in turn order and must be cast during resolution, so players cannot respond knowing the final outcome.
