Minas Morgul, Dark Fortress (LTC-514 foil) is a legendary land from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander set that enters the battlefield tapped. It taps for one black mana and has an activated ability that puts a shadow counter on a target creature, making that creature a Wraith with shadow while the counter remains.
