Marshal's Anthem (LTC-172) is a white enchantment from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander set. It has multikicker allowing you to pay {1}{W} multiple times when casting, it gives your creatures +1/+1 and when it enters the battlefield it returns up to X creature cards from your graveyard to the battlefield where X is the number of times it was kicked. Its role is a reanimation and anthem effect useful in creature-based Commander builds to recur multiple creatures and buff an army.
