Lord of the Nazgûl (LTC-467) is a legendary creature card from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander set and is a Wraith Noble. It grants flying and gives your Wraiths protection from Ring-bearers, and whenever you cast an instant or sorcery it creates 3/3 black Wraith tokens with menace. It can dramatically scale your board by turning all Wraiths into 9/9s until end of turn once you control nine or more Wraiths, emphasizing token generation and payoff synergies.
